Delta continue to choose Red Box Tools and Foam to produce shadow foamed cases for their specialist equipment. The most recent project was to case and foam some rather bulky pumps. They need to stay upright and be easy to access, as well as having the charger and battery easily accessible from the top. Of course the foam had to be hard wearing and oil resistant.
We ended up layering some of our thickest 3 ½ inch foam, routing it at different levels to create a perfect fitting shadow foamed kit.
We are already looking forward to the next project from delta………….
