Our team has recently completed work on another custom tool foam design for one of our customers, which will primarily be used on-board aircraft to perform any necessary maintenance.
The customer provided the team with a list of tools that needed to be ordered. The design work could begin as soon as they arrived a few days later. The team scanned all of the tools that would be included in the kit and began designing the layouts of each tool foam layer that would organise and snugly store each piece of equipment.
Once this stage is complete, the toolpaths are generated (just like in the photo on the right) and are then transferred to our CNC router ready to be cut out.
We can create completely bespoke tool kits to match your exact requirements, making sure you can carry out your own work without any hassle. Additionally, if you already have the tools and case in place, send them in to us at the address provided in our Contact Us section of the website.
We can begin work once payment is received and you are satisfied with the layout and pricing. Once the scanning is finished, we can either keep your tools until the kit is finished or ship them back if you are in desperate need. If you want all new tools from the ground up, we’ll ship the entire kit to you once it’s finished.
